Do I need to create an account?

Yes, you need a free account to use 360Cruising. This allows us to save your conversation history and provide personalized recommendations. Signing up takes less than a minute with email or Google.

Is 360Cruising free?

Yes, 360Cruising offers a free tier with 2 messages per day using our General Cruise Advisor. This is perfect for basic cruise questions and getting a feel for the app. For unlimited access to all 15 specialized cruise line advisors and advanced features, upgrade to Pro for $9.99/month.

Can 360Cruising book cruises for me?

No, 360Cruising is an advisory tool, not a booking platform. We provide expert recommendations and information to help you make informed decisions, but you'll need to book through a travel agent or directly with the cruise line. We may provide affiliate links to trusted booking partners as a convenience.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

How do I upgrade to Pro or Premium?

To upgrade:
  1. Sign in to your account and go to Billing Settings
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro" or "Upgrade to Premium"
  3. Enter your payment details (we use Stripe for secure payments)
  4. Your upgrade is instant - start using all features immediately

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Go to Billing Settings and click "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain Pro/Premium access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the free tier. No refunds for partial months.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and some debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless you cancel. You'll receive an email reminder before each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your Billing Settings.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact support and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Account & Privacy

Is my data private?

Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your conversations are stored securely and never shared with third parties. We do not sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting support. This will permanently delete your account, conversation history, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings and click "Change Password." If you signed up with Google, you\'ll need to set a password first to enable email/password login.

Can I access 360Cruising on multiple devices?

Yes! Your account works on any device. Sign in on your phone, tablet, or computer and your conversation history syncs automatically.

Technical Support

The app is not working. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:
  1. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  3. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  4. Check your internet connection
  5. Disable browser extensions that might interfere (ad blockers, privacy tools)

If the issue persists, contact support with details about the error and what you were trying to do.

Why am I seeing "Rate limit exceeded"?

Free accounts are limited to 2 messages per day. Pro accounts get 40 messages per day. Premium accounts have unlimited messages. Your limit resets at midnight UTC. Upgrade to increase your daily limit.

Can I use 360Cruising offline?

No, 360Cruising requires an internet connection to communicate with our AI advisors. However, you can access your conversation history even when offline (for Pro/Premium users with saved conversations).

Which browsers are supported?

360Cruising works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
