• AI-powered cruise advisor chatbots for various cruise lines
• Cruise comparison tools
• Cruise planning guides and resources
• Cruise line and ship information

Important: 360Cruising is an information guide only. We do not book cruises or handle reservations. For bookings, please contact cruise lines directly or use authorized travel agents.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: Limited access with 2 messages per day using The Captain advisor.

Pro Subscription: $9.99/month (USD) provides access to all 14 brand-specific advisors, current web information for up-to-date answers, and 40 messages per day.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI advisors provide information based on training data and web searches, and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. Users should:

• Verify important information with official cruise line sources
• Not rely solely on AI responses for booking decisions
• Understand that AI responses do not constitute professional travel advice

Pricing Information: Any cruise prices mentioned by our AI advisors are approximate examples only. Actual prices vary significantly based on:

• Your geographic region and local market
• Currency exchange rates (prices typically quoted in USD)
• Booking date, cabin availability, and promotions
• Travel agent vs direct booking
• Seasonal demand fluctuations

Always confirm current pricing directly with the cruise line or an authorized travel agent before making booking decisions. 360Cruising does not book cruises or guarantee any prices mentioned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of 360Cruising are owned by SVMS Consultancy Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Cruise line names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 360 CRUISING AND SVMS CONSULTANCY LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
